Whole chicken in a target weight of 3-4lbs. Chickens are pasture raised on grass and feed non GMO peanut based diet. Our chicken are heritage breeds that are hatch by us. The birds have a higher fat content and more flavor than your regular Cornish cross chicken that is common in the grocery store and from other pasture raised farm.
